Using this site

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, or copy course material for distribution.

The free sample lesson

The free AI photography lesson is provided as a preview of the course. Registering gives you personal access to that lesson. Please keep your access link to yourself, as it is unique to you.

Course purchases

Photography Mastery with AI is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the course content. Payments are processed by our payment provider and are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

All sales are final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all course purchases, digital downloads, and Practice Tools subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Practice Tools subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues through the current paid billing period.

All purchases are final. The course purchase is not refunded after purchase, and digital prompt pack purchases are not refunded once bought or downloaded. Customers keep access to what they bought according to their original purchase terms. Where the law or our payment processor requires a refund, chargeback, dispute or payment reversal, we will handle it through our payment processor.

Practice Tools subscription and cancellation

Practice Tools is an optional $5 per month subscription that renews monthly until canceled. Subscription payments already processed are nonrefundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account under Practice Tools → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: you keep access until your paid period ends, and you will not be charged again once your cancellation becomes effective.

Course content and ownership

All course lessons, prompts, workbooks, checklists and other materials remain the property of Photography Mastery with AI. Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use them for your own learning and professional work. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Acceptable Image Upload Policy

Photography Mastery with AI provides educational photography tools intended for lawful, appropriate photography practice.

Users may not upload or submit photographs containing pornography, explicit nudity, sexual activity, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, graphic violence, gore, or other unlawful or prohibited content.

We may automatically screen uploaded images to enforce this policy. Images that violate these restrictions may be rejected or removed. We may restrict or terminate access for repeated or serious violations, subject to applicable law and our other contractual obligations.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to use the photographs they submit and that their uploads do not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Automated moderation may occasionally produce incorrect results. You may contact support to request reconsideration of a rejected upload. Please describe the upload rather than sending the photograph itself, and we will review the decision.

No guarantee of results

The course teaches skills and techniques. Your results depend on your own practice, equipment and effort, and we do not promise any particular outcome or income.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and course available at all times, but we may need to make changes or take parts of it offline for maintenance. Content may be updated or improved over time.
